Fitness is first about consistency - finding the type of exercise and the motivation that will make you want to keep at it. For me, it’s CrossFit and its community. For you, it might be CrossFit, other group fitness training, obstacle course racing, bodybuilding, swimming, tennis, or something else entirely. Hopefully a combination! For some of you, it will include training with me at my home or yours.

If you choose to work with me, we will identify what’s holding you back. I will draft a fitness program designed to help you become your best self. We’ll exercise, but we’ll also talk about nutrition and mindset. You are a superstar and I won’t let you forget it.
